Our Policies:
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds & Transaction Fees
Refunds are subject to a 3% transaction processing fee, which covers non-refundable merchant processing costs.
HSA / FSA Cards
At this time, we do not accept HSA or FSA cards for services or products.
Product Return Policy
We accept product returns within 30 days of purchase. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
